Hi all,
It was so quiet here for a long time, that I missed these new posts until today.

I avoided the whole Vista thing, but recently bought a new computer with Windows 7 on it. I'm in the process of moving over to it, but for now I've still got stuff on both systems.

I was working on a project in Passage Express on the XP system, so when I read the reports, I moved it over to Windows 7.
All went well, except that I got a message saying that since I was on a limited account, I would not be able to hear music or sounds. I've right clicked on the Passage Express icon and selected Run as Administrator and that seems to have fixed the problem. No other problems to report.

What if selecting run as administrator doesn't solve the problem? I have to constantly "allow" the program to run. This doesn't happen with any other program installed on my computer. I don't know if it's because I have Norton Security installed or that it is some other issue, altogether. Under "properties" it is checked off that it will run as administrator, but when I burn a Passage Express project and take the CD to another computer to run, I get that error message that the sound, etc. won't work. This is happening when I burn a CD in both my Vista notebook computer and my Windows 7 netbook.

The thing is, I used to be able to burn Passage Express projects that worked fine on my Vista computer. I'm not sure what happened to change this situation.

Would it be advisable to disable Norton and reinstall Passage Express? Would that change the outcome?
