Hi Marsha,
Yes, you can. It's not difficult to add your own backgrounds to the program.
When you are in the Design Menu segment, select Background > Appearance > Image > Choose image
This screen will appear
Down at the bottom in the left hand corner is the option to Edit the Library.
This message appears:
"When you click "OK" Windows Explorer will appear where the image files are located.
YOu can then add, delete, rename, move, etc."
You can then Drag and drop the background tiles you want to include into the Backgrounds folder.
