| I have been unsuccessful on many occasions of importing my Legacy file into Passage Express. When I click on the 'Test Project' button after 'Building' and 'Designing' the project, all (well nearly all) of the multimedia files end up on Passage Express but the genealogy data will not transfer across. I have tried opening it by clicking on the 'Legacy File' button (on the 'Designed' cover) and also the genealogy icon in the multimedia section, neither of which will open the .fdb. The documents and pictures seem to be OK. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. |

| Are you able to see an FDB or Legacy family file in your project anywhere? Send the question to support@passageexpress.com for replies from the makers of Passage Express. |

Hi Jon,
Thanks for your reply (ages ago). I haven't got back to you sooner as I have only just got around to spending some time with P.E. again today.
I've finally got the .fdb to load but am now experiencing trouble with the menu design continually locking up when I try to add a picture to the menu and also I can't all the button I used to be able to get e.g., 'Get Legacy', 'E-mail' etc. I'll keep trying though. Thanks again for your reply and many apologies for delay in getting ack to you.
